Artist development · one on one
You do not need another pile of generic advice. Bring me the music you are excited about. We will hear what is working, find what is getting in its way, and make the next decision together.

Who this is for
You need help seeing what is already working, strengthening what is not, and making the next decision with intention.
You understand music production and have ideas worth developing—but finishing, positioning, or releasing them still feels harder than it should.
You are determined, open to direct feedback, and ready to invest consistent time and energy in becoming a stronger artist.
You want your music, identity, marketing, and release strategy to support one another instead of feeling like disconnected obligations.
You are not looking for a course. You want an ongoing creative relationship that responds to the work you are actually making.

Inside the work
We meet every week for one to two hours—or more during intensive periods. Some sessions begin inside a song: production choices, arrangement, sound design, vocals, mixing, or the idea itself.
Other sessions step back and examine the larger picture: branding, audience, marketing, release strategy, creative habits, and what needs to change for the work to move forward.
Ways to begin
The right structure depends on where you are, what you are building, and how quickly you want to move. We will choose it together.
A focused first step
Bring your music, your questions, and the part that feels stuck. We’ll identify the real bottleneck, work on it directly, and determine whether ongoing mentorship makes sense.
More room to investigate
A longer working session for detailed feedback, strategic planning, an artist audit, or a project that deserves more than a quick answer.
The core offering
Consistent one-on-one development with a cadence matched to your goals. Weekly, accelerated, and intensive formats are available after we understand what will serve the work best.
What artists say
“I’ve been producing for about eight years. The most progress I’ve made has been in this last year with Alex. From sound design to mixing and mastering to marketing, Alex has taught me better than anyone.”
“Alex really is a one-of-a-kind soul who truly cares about elevating his mentees. He goes above and beyond to make sure he’s giving you the best information available. No one like him.”
“We built a full sound identity from scratch, and the result was beyond what I expected. It was collaborative, on time, and honestly a ton of fun. I’ve already come back for more projects because I trust his process.”
